General terms and conditions of use

These general terms and conditions (the “GTC”) govern the use of all websites managed by Unisanté, University Center for Primary Care and Public Health, Lausanne, Switzerland, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”).

The Sites are the property of Unisanté, legally known under the trade name Policlinique médicale universitaire et dispensaire central de Lausanne, having its headquarters in Lausanne (Switzerland) (“Unisanté”).

Limitation of liability

Despite the great care taken to ensure the accuracy of the information published on these Sites, Unisanté cannot be held responsible for the reliability, accuracy, currency, or completeness of this information.

Unisanté expressly reserves the right to modify the content of the Sites, in part or in full, to delete them or to temporarily suspend their publication, at any time and without warning.

Unisanté cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage that may be caused to the user by accessing the information contained on the Sites or by its use or non-use, by errors or omissions in the information provided, or by technical problems encountered when using the Sites.
 

Technical

The Sites are hosted in the data center of the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV). They are maintained by the Unisanté IT sector. They are based on the Drupal content management system (CMS) and on a search engine internal to Drupal.
 

Copyright - reproduction

The copyright and all other rights relating to the texts, illustrations, photographs and other data placed on the Sites are the exclusive property of Unisanté or their legitimate owners who have duly authorized Unisanté to use them. They are protected by the Swiss Federal Law on Copyright and Related Rights of October 9, 1992, R.S. 231.1 (LDA) and may not be reproduced without the authorization of the copyright holder(s) (art. 10 LDA).

Downloading or copying texts, illustrations, photographs or other data does not entail any transfer of rights over the content.

The information thus reproduced may only be used for private use in accordance with Art. 19 LDA and with the mention “Copyright © Unisanté”; any other use is prohibited.
