The PAPU (Pointage Annuel du Profil des Usagères et Usagers) study is part of the Department of Health and Social Action (DSAS) of the canton of Vaud's public health and social initiatives to fight the harmful effects of alcohol, drugs and non-prescribed medicines. Its purpose is to collect the data needed to regularly compile indicators on the profile of users of low-threshold facilities (CABS) in the canton of Vaud.
